About

3DE Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay

HIGH SCHOOL THAT IS RELEVANT TO WHO YOU ARE AND WHO YOU WANT TO BECOME.

WHY 3DE?

Would you like to learn real-life skills?

Would you like to visit and work with businesses and organizations to

prepare you for your future career and life?

Would you like to apply your ideas, skills, and interests?

How about some competition and creativity?

3DE is a four-year opportunity for any college and career pathway. 3DE  helps students develop real-life skills we call “competencies.”

How? Freshmen and Sophomore year, businesses will challenge you and your classmates to solve real-world business problems. You will compete by presenting solutions to these case challenges. Junior year, you will develop and market your own business. Senior year, you participate in senior consultancy, where you will collaborate with a company that will become your client as you solve real-world problems they face.

In your 3DE high school experience you will...

  • Think boldly and be creative.
  • Learn through real-world business problems by working in teams to create solutions.
  • Take field trips to learn about different industries and career pathways.
  • Will have real-life skills and experience by the time they graduate high school.
